The current study was designed to investigate the consequences of rice cooking and soaking cooked (CR) with or without arsenic (As) contaminated water on As Fe (iron) transfer human body along associated health risk assessment using additive main-effects multiplicative interaction (AMMI) Monte Carlo Simulation model. In comparison raw rice, content in soaked (SCR) enhanced significantly (at p < 0.05 level), regardless cultivars locations level) due use As-rich for purposes. Whereas CR SCR reduced As-free (AFW) also CR. overnight invariably despite As-contaminated however, comparatively lesser amount than rice. studied area, consumption children are more vulnerable hazards adults.
