Agricultural productivity is constantly being forced to maintain yield stability feed the enormously growing world population. However, shrinking arable and nutrient-deprived soil abiotic biotic stressor (s) in different magnitudes put additional challenges achieving global food security. Though well-defined, concept of macro, micronutrients, beneficial elements from a plant nutritional perspective. Among various selenium (Se) essential small amounts for life cycle organisms, including crops. Selenium has potential improve health, leading improvement crop quality. Se possesses an immense encouraging phenomenon when supplied within threshold limit, also having wide variations. The supplementation exhibited promising outcomes lessening stress Besides, bulk form, nano-Se, biogenic-Se revealed some merits limitations. Literature suggests that possibilities alleviation fortifying foods are encouraging. In this article, apart adopting combination conventional extensive review literature bibliometric analysis, authors have assessed journey "soil spoon" perspective diverse agroecosystem highlight research gap area. There no doubt time come seriously consider tag associated with Se, especially drastic climate change era.

The current study was designed to investigate the consequences of rice cooking and soaking cooked (CR) with or without arsenic (As) contaminated water on As Fe (iron) transfer human body along associated health risk assessment using additive main-effects multiplicative interaction (AMMI) Monte Carlo Simulation model. In comparison raw rice, content in soaked (SCR) enhanced significantly (at p < 0.05 level), regardless cultivars locations level) due use As-rich for purposes. Whereas CR SCR reduced As-free (AFW) also CR. overnight invariably despite As-contaminated however, comparatively lesser amount than rice. studied area, consumption children are more vulnerable hazards adults. Consumption (prepared AFW) could be an effective method minimize transmission enrichment among consumers.
