Abstract This research is meant to make a contribution the field of Communimetric (CMX) algorithms (Lyons, 2004, 2009). science underscoring behavioral health and child welfare assessment tools such as Child Adolescent Needs Strengths (CANS) assessment, Adult Assessment (ANSA), Family Advocacy Support Tool (FAST), amongst others (https://praedfoundation.org/). These are used throughout US serving adult mental system not only assure standardized process, but also provide real-time Decision (DS) assessors about client treatment planning disposition. We propose novel method for developing CMX DS utilizing linear optimization (commonly known programming (LP) or (mixed) integer (ILP MILP)). Using administrative data from Pennsylvania’s Medicaid Behavioral Health system, MILP model developed differentiate profiles that benefit one two programs in Pennsylvania care. The picked both children at risk out home placement, their clinical models different. There often debate which program most appropriate given family, thus help facilitate this decision making. health, well testing validating model. then identifying impact on care utilization could have facilitating improved matching system. close with discussion how information be planning, development issues.

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) symptoms and severity levels vary from patient to patient, so treatment healthcare will vary. However, little attention has been given developing an autistic triage method for ASD patients concerning four issues: hybrid criteria, multi-selection criteria problems, importance, trade-off based on the inverse relationship between criteria. Therefore, this study aims develop a new triaging classifying them according their of using Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making (fMCDM) methods. Two methodology phases have conducted: first phase is identify preprocess dataset, including 988 with 42 medical Sociodemographic In second phase, two fMCDM methods were used method. The fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) select most influential among thirteen psychologists in psychological field. Then Fuzzy-Weighted Zero-Inconsistency (FWZIC) assign weights important psychologists' opinions. Accordingly, Processes Triaging Patients (PTAP) developed time into three levels: minor, moderate, urgent. Machine learning models have recently become popular in psychological research. However, many machine lack interpretable parameters that researchers from psychology are used to parametric models, such as linear or logistic regression. To gain insights into how the model has made its predictions, different interpretation techniques been proposed. In this article, we focus on two local widely learning: Local Interpretable Model-Agnostic Explanations (LIME) and Shapley values. LIME aims at explaining predictions close neighborhood of a specific person. values can be understood measure predictor relevance contribution variables for persons. Using illustrative, simulated examples, explain idea behind Shapley, demonstrate their characteristics, discuss challenges might arise application interpretation. For LIME, choice size may impact conclusions. values, show they interpreted individually person interested jointly across The aim article is support safely use these themselves, but also critically evaluate interpretations when encounter research articles.
