This study presents a comprehensive literature survey on facility location problems for drone (uncrewed vehicle) delivery in situations where drones can ride or other vehicles. includes facilities visited by only one type of vehicle, as well both and Unlike traditional systems with vehicle type, hybrid vehicle-drone usually require determining locations the two types meet separate. Abstract The increasing use of drones has led to growing interest in their potential applications disaster response. In this study, we examine the role management under three categories operation types, which are information collection, delivery, and communication network recovery. Focusing on an operations research (OR) perspective, analyze summarize important characteristics different problem structures highlight solution approaches. We also identify gaps limitations current literature propose future directions for further investigation. Overall, study provides a comprehensive summary valuable insights researchers practitioners interested exploring humanitarian purposes developing OR‐based approaches support decision‐making.
