With the daily use of liquid cargoes such as crude oil and their derivatives, global transportation has developed rapidly. Liquid are mainly transported via tankers pipelines. In terminal, handling operations internal conducted using transfer arms pipelines, pipeline path cargo is selected valves. The number times a valve opens closes length paths main factors that affect time cost. addition, different types valves have operating costs levels energy consumption. At this stage, most selection work still manually completed, which consumes lot generates high labor costs, actual operation efficiency low. paper, unloading research object, problem arms–valves–pipeline (PAVP) proposed, dual-objective model established, accounting for total in port cost vessel. An NSGA-II-Dijkstra hybrid algorithm employed to solve PAVP, improved (INIIDA) designed improve solution speed an adaptive dynamic probability based on Pareto level heaps shortest path. results show INIIDA could better address PAVP than algorithm. Innovative fusion algorithms operations.

Effective freight transportation planning through different modes drives countries economic growth by ensuring the delivery of goods safely and sustainably. This article provides a systematic literature review focused on intermodal transport tactical planning, addressing logistical technical factors for efficient management in cargo delivery. The methodology is based research questions definition, search process, selection criteria, exploring network structures evolution to verify influencing structures, including mode combinations, geographical distribution, mathematical models' decision variables constraints. According question proposed, most relevant are flow cargo, modal activation, conservation, time, vehicle management, generally found with extensive road infrastructure high integration capacity, as China, Europe, USA. Considering constraints, conservation common element observed models. Thus, balance between costs utilization was verified, insights into relation logistics application efficiency were revealed. Finally, contributes understanding main evolving landscape, offering valuable future practical implementations.

As a famous population-based metaheuristic algorithm, genetic algorithm can be used to overcome optimization complexities.
