Abstract Moving Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), in developing countries, from linear “take—make—dispose” production patterns to circular models where inputs natural resources consumption is minimized, products waste reuse promoted, still a challenge. Environmental transition initiatives with multiple gaps, based on narrow corrective approaches, isolated measures, costly complex technologies suitable for large companies, limit the incursion of MSMEs into new circularity. It this context that research aims understand: How accelerate countries towards models? A critical literature review guided design, development analysis case study; small coffee pig farm located Colombia, process was undertaken, acted as unit analysis. Interviews, theoretical practical workshops, on-site measurements, systematic observations, multi-stakeholder dialogs helped collect triangulate empirical data provided by case. By following systems thinking sustainable principles, low-cost, simple complementary clean were implemented farm-system, resulting benefits at environmental, social economic levels. The architecture, engineering, construction, and operation (AECO) sector significantly contributes to natural resource depletion, pollution, climate change impacts. design stage is crucial in the circular economy (CE) approach AECO sector. Adopting CE faces various challenges, including sociocultural, technical, economic, regulatory, organizational, technological aspects, among other. Despite increasing research this area, there a scarcity of studies addressing these barriers Nigerian built environment (NBE), especially at firm (DF) level. study investigated challenges CD adoption NBE. Through survey 307 architectural engineering DFs Lagos, Nigeria, data collected were analysed using descriptive inferential statistical methods. Accurate solar irradiance (SI) prediction is vital for optimizing photovoltaic systems. This study addresses shortcomings in existing forecasting methods by exploring advanced machine-learning techniques using meteorological satellite data. We develop three novel models SI forecasting: Stack-based Ensemble Fusion with Meta-Neural Network (SEFMNN), Extreme Gradient Boosting-Squared Error (XGB-SE), and Learning Machine (ELM). These predict All-sky Clear-sky shortwave across Chinese provinces (Guangdong, Shandong, Zhejiang) one Saudi Arabian province (Najran). The SEFMNN model combines Artificial Neural (ANN), Random Forest (RF), Support Vector (SVM) to improve accuracy. XGB-SE employs a specialized loss function manage extreme values historical are designed mitigate overfitting data inconsistency while balancing computational efficiency predictive Comparative analysis reveals that outperform the ELM model, achieving an R2 of 0.9979, MAE 0.0231, MSE 0.0020 Najran. demonstrates significantly enhances forecasting, aiding efficient system planning operation.

Bu çalışmada, temiz teknolojilerin ekonomik etkileri iki farklı açıdan incelenmektedir. Sistem GMM analizi, teknolojinin GSYH üzerindeki doğrudan etkisini ölçerken, TODIM analizi daha geniş bir makroekonomik performans değerlendirmesi sunmaktadır. ikili yaklaşım, konuyu hem spesifik (GSYH odaklı) de genel (makroekonomik performans) ele alarak, etkilerini kapsamlı şekilde değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Temiz yaygınlaşması, yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarına yapılan yatırımların artması, yüksek teknolojili ürünlerin ihracı ve ticari açıklığın artması büyüme bağlamında GSYH’nin artışına katkı sağlamaktadır. Nüfus yoğunluğu sanayi katma değeri ise büyümenin verimliliğinde etkin rol oynayan kritik faktörler arasında yer almaktadır. Çalışmanın bulguları, kullanımının yaygınlaştırılmasıyla fosil yakıt tüketiminin azaldığını maliyetlerinin minimize edildiğini göstermektedir. Daha düşük maliyetleri ile üretim azalması, verimliliğin artmasına dolayısıyla GSYH'nin durumu potansiyelinin iyileşmesine Genelleştirilmiş Momentler Metodu (GMM) kullanılarak analizler neticesinde, üzerinde anlamlı önemli olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Ayrıca, Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerinden Normalize Edilmiş Maksimum Değerler (NMD) tabanlı yöntemi değerlendirmeler, olumlu desteklemektedir. sonuçlar, arasındaki dengeyi sağlama potansiyeline işaret etmektedir.

An original design of a separating device with arc-shaped settlers (SDAS) has been developed to purify air from solid particles. In this study, the separation efficiency was studied numerically. The influence number rows SDAS on its evaluated. Geometric models three configurations were used: 5, 7, and 9 settlers. diameter height distance between same for all models. results obtained showed that most effective configuration allows maximum particle removal dusty gas stream observed 5 settlers, providing an about 66.7% input rate in range 0.5 3 m/s.
