Background:
Biomarkers
are
important
tools
in
toxicology
that
can
improve
risk
assessment,

Purpose:
This
article
reviews
the
current
landscape
surrounding

emerging
biomarkers
toxicity
across
multiple
techniques,
with
a
focus
on
assessment
merits,
limitations,
needs.

kidney,
heart,

Cardiovascular

worldwide.

lymphocytes
can
indicate
age-related
degenerative
disorders,
revealing
balance
between
bioenergetics,
inflammation,
senescence.
present
study
aims
investigate
impact
aging
on
mitochondrial-mediated
epigenetic
stress
response
mechanisms
both
young
individuals.
Mitochondrial
oxidative
DNA
damage,
repair
response,
copy
number,
methylation,
fusion,
fission
genes,
electron
transport
chain
enzyme
complex
activities,
pro-inflammatory
cytokine
levels,
associated
were
studied.
results
demonstrate
that
group
experienced
more
significant
disruption
expression
mitochondrial
impaired
(mtDNA)

Abstract
Cardiovascular
disease
(CVD)
is
a

worldwide
health
concern
that
necessitates
the
development
of
novel
diagnostic
techniques
for
early
identification
and
personalized
healthcare
management.
Even
before
insights
provided
by
gut
microbiota,
current
research
has
demonstrated
importance
circulating
microbiome
(CMB)
in
evolution
cardiometabolic
illness
risk
progression.
We
developed
nanobiosensor
uses
specific
labeled
capture
probes
with
perovskite
quantum
dots
(PQDs)
to
detect
targeted
16S
rRNA
sequences
peripheral
milieu.
With
ideal
applicability,
specificity,
sensitivity,
this
sensor
delivers
unique
into
presence
characterization
microbiota
signatures.
Developing
nanophotonic
detection
method
