Preparing student teachers for a profession that continuously changes in relation to digitalisation is global challenge. By analysing survey data about how teacher educators (N = 389) report they prepare their students this challenge, we find the focus still on learning use digital technologies instrumental purposes, while relating more fundamental epistemic challenges emerging environments receives less attention. We address risks associated with finding, and concurrent dimensions of professional competence (PDC) can be supported education.

Abstract Learning Management Systems (LMSs) are underutilized in universities despite them being standard components of higher education. Given this, there is a need to gather the perspectives students and teachers examine how these key end-users engage with LMS utilize its various features functions. Such an endeavor could aid addressing barriers promoting use LMSs online teaching learning. As studies about both teacher student samples limited, we simultaneously gathered students’ teachers’ perceptions Moodle from all academic faculties at public university Hong Kong. Structured qualitative interviews were conducted eighty-two participants (41 teachers, 41 students) via Zoom. Results suggest that Moodle, while previously viewed as merely repository course materials, transitioned supplementary tool information dissemination during pandemic. Despite availability collaboration tools, majority interactions still occur alternative communication channels. Findings point for familiarity, training, visually functionally improved interface enhance their experience LMS. We also found content pedagogy influenced was integrated into teaching, frequency manner varying between departments. tailor-made support each department needed maximize classes. conduct dialogues involving multiple stakeholders (i.e., students, administrators, technical staff) so education institutions can share best practices on improve utilization quality learning universities.

Durante los últimos años, la empleabilidad ha proyectado una considerable transformación producto de cambios, cuales han incidido en el mercado laboral; por consiguiente, este estudio propuso un análisis bibliométrico sobre literatura existente empleabilidad. La revisión Scopus reveló 13,567 publicaciones entre 1997 y 2023 áreas negocios, gestión contabilidad, las 2,996 fueron relevantes. Al enfocar “dimensiones empleabilidad”, identifico 174 estudios, aplicando VOSviewer 1.16.18. Como resultado del contenido, estudios dimensiones mencionan existencia cinco dimensiones: experiencia ocupacional, anticipación optimización, flexibilidad personal, sentido corporativo equilibrio. Además, identificó sexta séptima dimensión explicativa: manejo segunda lengua competencias digitales. conclusión, se evidenció creciente interés empleabilidad” como campo relevante dentro ámbito laboral global, así países, afiliaciones, autores, palabras clave clústeres relevantes para contribuir a futuros empíricos campo.
