Da'wah and gender research has been carried out before, but focusing on da'wah higher education is still very limited. This study aims to analyze the theme of in thesis work students Faculty Communication Sciences, Sheikh Ali Hasan Addary State Islamic University, Padangsidimpuan. The method used a documentation with systematic literature review themes contained student documents. Documents as data sources are limited period publication years, starting from 2018 2022. results found that issues theses last five years. Analysis 592 FDIK none word gender, only 18 text, one main theory, other sub-section discussion. This study delves into the attitudes of educators toward online teaching, their technological proficiency, and access to technology, with a particular emphasis on examining potential gender distinctions. Employing quantitative-descriptive-correlational research design, this meticulously examines intricate relationships among these variables. The primary objectives investigation involve scrutinizing teachers' instruction, evaluating competency, gauging accessibility technology. results reveal that, by large, teachers exhibit moderately favorable disposition signifying eagerness embrace pedagogical approach. Teacher readiness is an important consideration in online teaching and learning (OTL). To achieve successful OTL, teachers should have sufficient hardware, technical skills, access to the internet. Although many studies focused on none has examined teachers' for student outcomes. fill these gaps, this study aimed reflect teacher category outcomes South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. We examine quantitative closed-ended questionnaires documents of students' evaluation reports using descriptive statistics by leveraging SPSS application. Teachers' was categorized as (1) very good (43.69%), (2) (50.70%), (3) moderate (5.14%), or (4) poor less (0.46%). Moreover, demonstrated that urban areas were better than those suburban areas. This implies OTL. Purpose Gender satisfaction of the usage facilities in Higher Education Institution (HEI) has recently gained attention research field. This study aims to examine gender-based disparities levels college education among pre-service teachers. Design/methodology/approach The design makes use descriptive survey approach, and questionnaire was used gather data. Using Yamane Formula, a sample size 336 chosen for study. A random sampling employed select teachers whilst statistical tools were analyse collected data form frequencies, percentages, means, independent t-tests. Statistical analysis performed using SPSS 26 version. Findings reveals gender disparity across various educational from show that there is significant with four facilities: Information Communication Technology (ICT) laboratory, resource centre, accommodation recreational facilities. Effective online teaching and learning requires readiness of all stakeholders, students, faculty, administrators while considering contextual factors that influence the design delivery learning. The purpose this study is to explore how ready for faculty are in a Lebanese higher education context investigate impact their teaching. It also aims at identifying any significant differences based on gender, years experience discipline. In the post-COVID era, academic institutions adapted curricula, utilizing aspects of online delivery in full or partially. Consequently, this research focuses on identifying factors that influence faculty perceptions effective higher education and comparing them with students’ perceptions. The study involves semi-structured interviews 15 members at a renowned university to gain insights into their teaching experiences during pandemic.
