Abstract
Despite
the
widely
recognised
impact
of
both
digital
and
physical
spaces
as
active
contributors
to
teaching
learning
processes,
relatively
little
is
known
about
environment.
Furthermore,
it
time
explore
interplay
between
these
two
spaces.
Therefore,
we
proposed
employing
a
holistic
approach
develop
new
conceptual
model
for
Designing
Teaching
Learning
Environments
(DTALE).
To
do
this,
paper
presents
first
critical
review
research
literature
underpinning
environments,
with
particular
interest
in
integration
spaces,
DTALE
model.
In
second
step,
has
been
developed
validated
by
applying
existing
cases
from
different
contexts.
Based
on
study’s
findings,
outline
implications
theory
practice.
Limitations
suggestions
future
are
also
included.

This
research
explores
the
engagement
and
job
satisfaction
levels
of
millennial
Generation
Z
educators
within
NTC-APEC
Schools,
focusing
on
specific
factors
influencing
these
metrics.
In
face
growing
burnout
among
educators,
which
impacts
both
their
wellbeing
educational
outcomes,
this
study
seeks
to
uncover
relational
dynamics
between
work
engagement,
satisfaction,
prevalent
environment
factors.
Using
a
comprehensive
survey
distributed
75
analyzes
complex
interplay
personal
values,
workplace
culture,
structural
empowerment
employee
engagement.
Results
suggest
significant
prevalence
burnout,
emphasizing
an
urgent
need
for
organizational
strategies
that
address
unique
preferences
stressors
associated
with
younger
generational
cohorts.
The
aims
inform
policy-making
strategic
HR
planning
institutions
foster
environments
enhance
reduce
turnover,
thereby
improving
outcomes
morale.

Penelitian
ini
bertujuan
untuk
menganalisis
Efektivitas
Kegiatan
Moving
Class
Kurikulum
Merdeka
di
SMA
Negeri
4
Bukittinggi.
Program
moving
class
Bukittinggi
sudah
berjalan
selama
14
tahun
sebelum
adanya
peraturan
Kemendikbud,
namun
belum
mencapai
hasil
yang
optimal.
Hal
penting
dibahas
lebih
lanjut
karena
merupakan
program
wajib
bagi
sekolah.Teori
digunakan
dalam
penelitian
adalah
teori
Behavioristik
oleh
Torndike.
Pendekatan
pendekatan
kualitatif
dengan
jenis
studi
kasus.
Pengambilan
informan
menggunakan
teknik
purposive
sampling
jumlah
12
orang
kriteria
yaitu
siswa
kelas
XI
Fase
F
dan
guru
mengajar
mata
pelajaran
pilihan.
Pengumpulan
data
dilakukan
melalui
observasi
non
partisipan,
wawancara
mendalam
dokumentasi.
Dengan
analisis
model
interaktif
Miles
Huberman
empat
tahap
yaitu,
pengumpulan
data,
reduksi
penyajian
penarikan
kesimpulan.
Hasil
menunjukkan
bahwa
menerapkan
pada
Merdeka,
mana
tantangan
utama
meliputi
kondisi
fisik
kurang
terawat
perpindahan
melelahkan,
terutama
saat
cuaca
buruk.
Bagi
guru,
penilaian
formatif
sumatif
memungkinkan
butuh
penyesuaian,
akan
tetapi
memerlukan
konsistensi
serta
manajemen
baik.
Meskipun
memberikan
fleksibilitas
pemilihan
pelajaran,
implementasi
terkendala
ketersediaan
sarana
prasarana
antara
lain
koneksi
internet
perangkat
seperti
proyektor,
berdampak
efektivitas
pembelajaran.
