Penelitian
ini

SMA

Bukittinggi.
Program
moving
class
Bukittinggi
sudah
berjalan
selama
14
tahun
sebelum
adanya
peraturan
Kemendikbud,
namun
belum
mencapai
hasil
yang
optimal.
Hal
penting
dibahas
lebih
lanjut
karena
merupakan
program
wajib
bagi
sekolah.Teori
digunakan
dalam
penelitian
adalah
teori
Behavioristik
oleh
Torndike.
Pendekatan
pendekatan
kualitatif
dengan
jenis
studi
kasus.
Pengambilan
informan
menggunakan
teknik
purposive
sampling
jumlah
12
orang
kriteria
yaitu
siswa
kelas
XI
Fase
F
dan
guru
mengajar
mata
pelajaran
pilihan.
Pengumpulan
data
dilakukan
melalui
observasi
non
partisipan,
wawancara
mendalam
dokumentasi.
Dengan
analisis
model
interaktif
Miles
Huberman
empat
tahap
yaitu,
pengumpulan
data,
reduksi
penyajian
penarikan
kesimpulan.
Hasil
menunjukkan
bahwa
menerapkan
pada
Merdeka,
mana
tantangan
utama
meliputi
kondisi
fisik
kurang
terawat
perpindahan
melelahkan,
terutama
saat
cuaca
buruk.
Bagi
guru,
penilaian
formatif
sumatif
memungkinkan
butuh
penyesuaian,
akan
tetapi
memerlukan
konsistensi
serta
manajemen
baik.
Meskipun
memberikan
fleksibilitas
pemilihan
pelajaran,
implementasi
terkendala
ketersediaan
sarana
prasarana
antara
lain
koneksi
internet
perangkat
seperti
proyektor,
berdampak
efektivitas
pembelajaran.
