Abstract With vigorous developments in nanotechnology, the elaborate regulation of microstructure shows attractive potential design electromagnetic wave absorbers. Herein, a hierarchical porous structure and composite heterogeneous interface are constructed successfully to optimize loss capacity. The macro–micro-synergistic graphene aerogel formed by ice template‑assisted 3D printing strategy is cut silicon carbide nanowires (SiC nws ) grown situ, while boron nitride (BN) interfacial introduced on nanoplates. unique forces multiple scattering incident EMWs, ensuring combined effects polarization, conduction networks, magnetic-dielectric synergy. Therefore, as-prepared composites present minimum reflection value − 37.8 dB wide effective absorption bandwidth (EAB) 9.2 GHz (from 8.8 18.0 GHz) at 2.5 mm. Besides, relying intrinsic high-temperature resistance SiC BN, EAB also remains above 5.0 after annealing air environment 600 °C for 10 h.
