Recently,
electromagnetic
wave
(EMW)-absorbing
materials
have
obtained
increasing
attention
for
both
military
and
civil
applications.
This
study
adopted
the
powder
sintering
method
concept
of
recycled
wastes
in
fabricating
functional
ceramic
foam
(CF).
Firstly,
a
green
body
composed
pulverized
granite
residues,
waste
glass,
foaming
agent
was
sintered.
The
influence
temperature
SiC
addition
on
CF
investigated,
then
surface
graphitization
post-treatment
performed
as
well.
truly
enhanced
compressive
strength
EMW-absorbing
property
(SG-CF)
with
homogeneous
porous
structure
realized
present
work,
which
is
promising
candidate
EMW
absorption
systems.
