Breast cancer disproportionately impacts Native Hawaiian, CHamoru, and Filipino women. Few culturally informed interventions addressing breast survivors exist none have been developed or tested specifically for This study aimed to conduct focus groups with women previously diagnosed inform future research in Guam Hawai’i. Convenience sampling grounded theory approaches were used. Alberta Cancer Exercise (ACE) is an exercise oncology program that transitioned from in-person to online delivery during COVID-19. The purpose of this work was understand participants’ experiences in both modes. Specifically, survivors' facilitators and barriers, mode preference, experience with elements targeting behaviour change were gathered. A retrospective cohort design using explanatory sequential mixed methods used. 57 participants completed a survey, 19 subsequent, optional interviews conducted. Most indicated preferring programs (58%), followed by (32%), no preference (10%). There significantly fewer barriers (i.e., commute time) (p<0.01), but also social support) exercising online. Background The COVID-19 pandemic has presented major challenges to clinical practice and delivery of care programs throughout all health systems. Exercise programs, that are implemented in most centers for pediatric oncology Germany, a relatively new program however with high impact benefits.
