Hybrid analogs containing molecules are always the choice of different synthetic researcher due to their diverse biological applications and significantly more efficient. Heterocyclic being a good inhibitors against varied disease most commonly used in drug designing development. The current study also addressed synthesis pyrimidine-based thiazolidinone derivatives (1-13) using stepwise processes structure was confirmed various characterization techniques such as 1HNMR, 13CNMR, HREI-MS. Furthermore, significances synthesized scaffolds were explored proved be anti-urease anti-cancer moieties. Their inhibitory potentials determined minimum concentration (MIC) presence standard drugs, Thiourea (IC50 = 8.20 ± 0.20 µM) Tetrandrineb 12.30 0.10 respectively. Structure activity relationship (SAR) established for all compared which 3 2.30± 0.30 3.20 0.50 µM), 6 3.10 6.20 7 3.20± 3.80 10 4.20 5.10 0.30µM) exhibited influential activity. These compounds subsequently examined molecular docking experiments, evaluate binding interaction ligands with enzyme active sites.

This work explored the versatility of nanocrystalline Sm-doped Cu–Ni spinel ferrites in different applications, with a special emphasis on hyperthermia and photocatalytic activities. By incorporating Sm dopants at varied percentages nanosized ferrites, magnetic, electrical, structural properties host were tailored to make them versatile materials applications various technological fields. Careful examination powder X-ray diffractograms (XRDs) ensured presence pure cubic crystal structure for all synthesized ferrite samples. Obtained high-resolution transmission electron microscopy images also validated XRD results along mean size, morphology, regularity both shape size examined thoroughly. With increasing percentage, average nanoparticles reduced, which is verified by gradual increase bandgap as obtained from Tauc plots. Additionally, it found that hopping electrons under an applied alternating electric field was main process charge conduction samples, effects grain boundaries dominated over grains determining dielectric responses. The incorporation Sm3+ ions owning less magnetic moment compared Fe3+ reduced coercive saturation magnetization gradually noticed M(H) loops. aroused superparamagnetic phenomenon room temperature due doping favored controlled through induction heating. Bare doped samples showed excellent heating, obeying clinical safety limits. In addition, photon-mediated degradation ciprofloxacin (CIP) antibiotic conducted using as-prepared 15% sample sufficient remove 95.8% CIP solution 60 min. Moreover, displayed antioxidant antidiabetic properties. Hence, nanoferrites are especially photocatalysis.

Spirooxindole is a compound with unique framework and broad bioactivities in medicine. In this study, we have reviewed various approaches or methods synthesizing spirooxindole derivatives focused on green synthesis. Synthesis of spirooxindoles mainly carried out through multicomponent reactions combined such as the use heterogeneous catalysts (nano-sized, magnetic, metal-complex, metal-organic catalysts), deep eutectic solvent, solvent-free reactions, catalyst-free well ultrasonic microwaves irradiation. The method addition to obtaining high yields, it also offers reductions hazardous chemicals, energy use, purification processes, waste generation. As result, synthesis are more environmentally friendly.
