Removal of azo dyes from aquatic environments represents a global challenge. Herein, by utilizing the waste mandarin peels as cellulose source (MP500), bifunctional adsorbent-photocatalyst, TiO2@MP500, has been prepared via one-pot hydrothermal synthesis. Taking advantage this dual role, remediation methyl orange (MO) successfully addressed. Characterization tools corroborated anchoring TiO2 and successful synthesis TiO2@MP500. SEM/EDX/TEM analyses confirmed formation nanoparticles on carbonaceous surface. A substantial increase in BET surface area following impregnation was perceived (184.61 m2/g case 3 %TiO2@MP500). Similarly, thermal stability developed composite notably improved reflected thermogravimetric analysis. XRD analysis existence layer with anatase phase TiO2. Optimization adsorbent-photocatalyst performance approached using Box-Behnken design. Recovering boron from aqueous solutions presents a significant opportunity for enhancing sustainable resource management and reducing costs within the oil gas industry. This research focuses on evaluating newly synthesized adsorbents. Specifically, it investigates adsorption desorption in fixed bed columns of 25 cm length 2.5 diameter, utilizing depths at 2.5, 5, 7.5 10 cm. Four different flow rates (2, 4, 6, 8 mL/min) were used, all maintaining constant concentrations 85 mg/L, which determined as optimal through prior batch studies. In breakthrough, maximum minimum points ranged (60,12) minutes to (280,100) minutes, respectively, across experimental conditions. The uptake (qe) reaches 22.86 mg/g, was 5.85 mg/g with heights cm, respectively. kinetic analysis revealed that Thomas model provided strong fit extraction, having R2 ratings between 0.9 0.95. efficiency reached 75 %. Notably, extraction using Derived Boron Adsorbent)DBA( 160 mg under conditions depth, 48 cm3 pore volume, rate 6 mL/min. conclusions show how well DBA works adsorb insights into process. Therefore, selected preferred method because its exceptional ability absorb efficiently high sorption capacity.

Herbal remedies are alternative option for the treatment, management, and prevention of different disease conditions such as malaria in most African communities due to their easy access economic advantages. Some phytochemicals (Phenolic acids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins alkaloids) found be present. values predicting probability developing cancer ailment after ceaseless consumption mixtures was higher than standard threshold limit (>10−4) established by USEPA. While non-cancer predicted index projected Cr, Cd (from B) leading metal pollutants posing more one (>1), while A C) showed relative safe quotient. Caffeine, a significant naturally occurring alkaloid in beverages like tea and coffee, can be degraded by bacteria. Prolonged caffeine consumption stimulate adrenal glands, cause irregular muscle activity, cardiac arrhythmias, withdrawal symptoms such as headaches fatigue. Beyond its health-related concerns, the environmental impact of degradation is noteworthy. Effluents from coffee industries contain high concentrations, discharge effluents into lakes poses risk to portability drinking water. This study isolated novel bacterium agricultural soil, identified Bacillus sp. KS38 through 16 S rRNA gene sequencing, which metabolize sole carbon nitrogen source. The exhibited Gram-positive characteristics. Response surface methodology (RSM) optimized bacterial growth conditions. relevant parameter for was obtained first screening parameters using Plackett-Burman design.
