Objective: A large body of functional MRI research has examined a potential role for subcortico-cortical loops in the pathogenesis attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), but produced inconsistent findings. The authors performed mega-analysis six neuroimaging data sets to examine associations between ADHD diagnosis and traits connectivity. Abstract Normative models of brain structure estimate the effects covariates such as age and sex using large samples healthy controls. These can then be applied to, for example, smaller clinical cohorts to distinguish disease from other covariates. However, these advanced statistical modelling approaches difficult access, processing is computationally demanding. Thus, accessible platforms with pre-trained normative are needed. Abstract In this study, we explored the application of diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) technology in brains children with attention‐deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
