Exploring the redox balance in tumor region is of great significance for clarifying pathogenesis tumors and finding methods treatment tumors. Tumors can maintain specific by expression some types reactive oxygen species (for instance O2•−, H2O2, ONOO−, etc), reducing substances (GSH, H2Sn, Cys). These thus be used as markers to identify changes cancer cells or microenvironments. However, their high reactivity makes them difficult rapidly detected in-situ biosystems. To solve this problem, various organic small molecular fluorescent probes (OSMFPs) have been developed relying on fluorescence imaging technology. In review, we systematically introduced recent progress about OSMFPs that could detect proposed outlooks based our opinions. The well-known small-molecule biothiols have been used to maintain the normal metabolism of peroxy radicals, forming protein structures, resisting cell apoptosis, regulating metabolism, and protecting homeostasis cells in organism. A large amount research has found that abnormal levels above can cause some adverse diseases, such as changes hair pigmentation, a slower growth rate, delayed response, excessive sleep skin diseases. In order further investigate exact intracellular molecular mechanism biothiols, it is imperative explore effective strategies for real-time biothiol detection living systems. this work, new near-infrared (NIR) emission fluorescence probe (probe 1) sensitive selective was devised by combining dicyanoisophorone derivatives with dinitrobenzenesulfonyl (DNBS) group. As expected, 1 could specifically detect (Cys, Hcy GSH) through group form dye 2, which works signaling molecule sensing real samples. Surprisingly, showed superior characteristics low-limit towards (36.0 nM Cys, 39.0 48.0 Stokes shift (134 nm). Additionally, function platform detecting confirmed confocal imaging MCF-7 zebrafish. More importantly, capability vivo evaluated overexpressed tumor tissue. It reasonable believe provide valuable method relationship between genesis tumor.
