Corporate social responsibility (CSR) and green human resource management (GHRM) are gaining attention across industries but remain underexplored in hospitality tourism. This sector heavily impacts the environment with substantial water use, high energy consumption, waste generation. It faces increasing pressure from stakeholders for greater environmental responsibility, highlighting need a deeper understanding of initiatives their effects. To address this gap, article investigates how companies pursuing influence sustainable business performance. Utilising data 293 respondents industry Vietnam, study employs partial least squares-structural equation model. The results reveal that CSR, GHRM employee behaviour positively impact performance sustainability. Purpose The research purpose is to investigate the impact of green entrepreneurial orientation (GEO) on operational performance (OP) in renewable energy companies, with a particular focus mediating roles innovation strategy (GIS) and culture (GIC). Design/methodology/approach Data were collected through interactive surveys 338 middle senior managers companies prioritizing sustainability. relationships between variables analyzed using SmartPLS Jamovi software, which facilitates structural equation modeling. Findings analysis revealed that GEO had significant positive both GIS GIC, followed by OP. It supported hypotheses GIC positively influence OP, their important role transforming efforts into success confirmed. Research limitations/implications limited findings may not be generalizable other sectors. Future could expand scope include different industries geographic contexts. Additionally, dimensional studies can provide deeper insights long-term effects GEO, Practical implications suggest should encourage strong towards practices. In the current context of increasing global environmental challenges, sustainable production and development have become strategically important for companies. This study explores impact green managerial awareness on environmentally responsible production, both direct indirect, through mediating role human resource management friendly employee behavior. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 207 wine companies, PLS-SEM technique was employed to analyze relationships between variables. ABSTRACT The healthcare industry, a cornerstone of public well‐being and economic growth, paradoxically contributes to environmental pollution, exacerbating ecological global health challenges. Despite this, research on how green leadership mitigates these impacts remains limited. This study investigates eco‐transformational (Eco‐TFL) influences workers' pro‐environmental behaviors (HCW‐PEB), focusing the mediating roles human resource practices (GHRP), psychological climate (GPC), energy consumption (GEC). It also explores awareness (EA) as moderating factor. Data collected from 1700 professionals in China United States were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS‐SEM). results indicate that Eco‐TFL significantly enhances GHRP, GPC, GEC, which positively mediates its effect HCW‐PEB, with EA further strengthening relationships. Cross‐cultural analysis reveals no significant differences, emphasizing model's relevance. provides actionable insights for fostering sustainable systems through practices.

This study examined how executives' green cognition affected the corporate greenwashing using both fixed effect and moderated mediation models.
