This study was aimed at investigating the network structures of fatigue symptoms in patients with advanced cancer, a focus on identifying central symptom-an aspect crucial for targeted and effective symptom management. In this cross-sectional study, cancer were recruited from treatment center tertiary hospital China between January December 2022. Symptom occurrence severity assessed Cancer Fatigue Scale. Network analysis conducted to explore structure identify core symptoms. The included 416 cancer. Lack energy (2.25 ± 1.24), lack interest anything (2.20 1.22), self-encouragement (2.03 1.25) most severe belonged affective dimension. overall network, reluctance (r s = 5.622), heavy tired body 5.424), tiring easily 5.319) had highest strength values. All these classified within physical dimension remained stable before after adjustment covariates. identified reluctance, body, as thus providing valuable insight help clinical nurses formulate more management strategies. Importance Cancer and its treatment negatively impact the mental health of older adults. The potential exercise interventions as a complementary to alleviate psychological impacts cancer is promising, but there are gaps in current literature. Objective To determine if associated with improvements outcomes among adults cancer. Data Sources PubMed, Embase, PsycINFO, Cochrane databases were searched from database inception November 5, 2024. Search terms used geriatrics , depression anxiety quality life . Study Selection English-language randomized clinical trials (RCTs) that analyzed association various at least 1 3 (depression, anxiety, or health-related quality-of-life [HRQOL]) included. control groups given usual care. Studies included mean age participants was than 60 years had diagnosis any regardless comorbidities. Extraction Synthesis screened, data extracted by 2 independent authors. Random-effects meta-analyses meta-regressions for analysis. Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses guideline followed. Main Outcomes Measures primary depression, HRQOL. Standardized difference (SMD) quantify outcomes. Results A total 27 RCTs 1929 Meta-analyses observed an significant reduction levels (SMD = −0.53; 95% CI, −0.79 −0.28) −0.39; −0.66 −0.12) overall HRQOL 0.63; 0.10 1.17). Subgroup analyses revealed mind-body significantly improved −0.89; −1.51 −0.27) −0.77; −1.54 −0.01) compared conventional interventions. Conclusion In this systematic review meta-analysis RCTs, found be reduced These findings suggest care professionals policymakers should focus more on implementing improve vulnerable population.

Importance Reliable estimates of the prevalence and risk suicide suicidal ideation (SI) among childhood cancer survivors (CCSs) are crucial in informing efforts to address this issue. Objective To systematically evaluate SI CCSs. Data Sources A literature search was conducted PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, PsycINFO from January 1, 2000, November 17, 2024. Study Selection All noncontrolled controlled studies that evaluated drew comparisons between CCSs their counterparts. Studies including participants older than 25 years, no reported outcomes, case studies, reviews, review articles were excluded. Extraction Synthesis The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-analyses reporting guideline followed with prospective PROSPERO registration. Prevalence pooled single-arm studies. Relative ratio (RR) double-arm Metaprop used meta-analyze under a generalized linear mixed model. For dichotomous meta-analyses performed compute RR psychological outcome compared controls. Main Outcomes Measures SI, controls, factors associated suicidality outcomes. Results From 531 records, 16 included. on included 148 869 20 140 participants. 0.30% (0.13%-0.69%) 9% (95% CI, 7%-11%). Introduction Hepatitis B is a highly contagious viral infection that has long been significant global health concern. Given its adverse effects on the course of disease, evaluating psychiatric outcomes important. Despite indications an increased risk psychological among those with hepatitis B, extent this association remains unclear. Methods This PRISMA-adherent systematic review (PROSPERO: CRD42024564246) searched PubMed, Embase, Cochrane, and PsycINFO for all studies prevalence anxiety depressive symptoms in individuals B. Random meta-analyses meta-regression were used primary analysis. Results A total 31 included. We identified high (Proportion=19%, 95% CI: 11-31) (Proportion=30%, 18-45) There was also significantly (RR=1.45, 1.00-2.09, P=0.049) (RR=1.40, 1.11-1.78) compared to controls. Subgroup analyses indicated older age chronic associated higher symptoms. The found being single, unemployed, having lower income, education level, comorbidities, family history mental illness factors poorer outcomes. Conclusion Our study highlights vulnerability emphasize urgent need early detection additional support at-risk group. BACKGROUND Natural killer (NK)/T-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) in the nasal cavities and paranasal sinuses accounts for approximately 10% of all lymphomas, occurrence NHL is related to Epstein-Barr virus infection. AIM To explore anxiety depression status patients with NK/T-cell analyzes relevant influencing factors. METHODS A retrospective analysis was performed, which included 30 primary treated Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2017 2023. An additional 50 healthy volunteers were selected as control group. Both groups assessed using self-rating scale (SAS) Self-rating (SDS). SDS SAS scores at different disease stages analyzed, they further grouped into negative emotion (NE) (n = 19) non-NE 11) based on their anxiety. Factors affecting NEs analyzed univariate multivariate logistic regression models. RESULTS Patients exhibited higher than controls. Moreover, III IV had those stage I. Among patients, there 13 (43.3%), 16 (53.3%), 10 both (33.3%). Univariate identified a proportion people NE group III-IV NHL, an educational level ≤ high school, monthly household income < 5000 yuan compared Multiple revealed that risk factor NHL. CONCLUSION The closely patient depression. staging, greater incidence
