Introduction Global crop straw production has increased sharply, leading to serious challenges in burning and disposal. The unsustainable practice of open wastes valuable renewable resources poses significant environmental threats, such as air pollution soil degradation, that undermine global agricultural sustainability. Despite extensive efforts by the Chinese government promote resource utilization (CSRU), low farmer participation reliance on a singular technological structure remain persistent issues. Methods Drawing prospect theory, this study integrates behavioral economics policy analysis examine how farmers’ risk preferences, including aversion, loss nonlinear probability weighting, interact with heterogeneous regulations, incentives, restrictions, guidance, shape CSRU behavior. Using micro-survey data from 440 rural households Liaoning Province, China, we apply logit model quantify these relationships analyze moderating role specific measures. Results empirical results show farmers generally exhibit strong which increases average adoption 10.56%, meanwhile an excessive focus low‐probability risks significantly willingness. Furthermore, fiscal incentives direct subsidies effectively amplify positive effect increasing its marginal impact 23.7%. In contrast, relying solely regulatory measures tends weaken compliance costs, thereby reducing 5.22%. Additional reveals heterogeneity responses based income structures business models: high‐level part‐time much stronger response their aversion being approximately 3.5 times low-level part-time farmers. Discussion By synthesizing insights economics, elucidates mechanism through economic are balanced process highlights critical tools. findings provide evidence for optimizing management, formulating more cost-effective policies, promoting green transformation agriculture.

Based on the composite perspective of environment-building-resource(EBR), influencing factors greenness rural buildings were sorted out by brainstorming and expert consultation, an innovative comprehensive evaluation system was constructed weight ofthe impact calculated fuzzy analytic network process(FANP). In order to solve the problem of low and poor straw degradation in typical black soil areas Northeast China, present study was carried out screen potential situ strains with cellulose ability from soils China play a role resourceful utilization development sustainable agriculture. Ten cellulose-degrading were identified: ZL-5, ZL-69, ZL-88, ZL-95, ZL-111, ZL-137, ZL-139, ZL-140, ZL-187, ZL-216, which ZL-139 had highest production capacity, secretion 7.8781 U/mL enzyme-producing medium. identified as Bacillus cereus; best glucose—4.284 g/L, yeast extract—1.454 MgSO4—0.417 KH2PO4—0.5 K2HPO4—1.5 NaCl—1.0 g/L. conclusion, strain has good for crop can be candidate straw-rotting agent northeast promising prospects utilization.

Open biomass burning (OBB) is a significant source of air pollutants, profoundly impacting regional quality and global climate change. However, due to the lack high-resolution burned area products, limited data resolution, inappropriate emission factors (EFs), current OBB inventories have uncertainties. In this study, we integrated FireCCI51 product (250 m), gridded data, localized EFs, various statistical survey compile finer-resolution m) long-term (2001–2020) inventory 11 pollutants for Heilongjiang Province (an important agricultural forestry region in China). The results indicated that annual average emissions were 12.26, 63.70, 931.60, 17,203.35, 16.09, 171.25, 39.83, 71.22, 184.33, 129.16, 6.35 Gg BC, CH4, CO, CO2, NH3, NMVOC, NOx, OC, PM10, PM2.5, SO2, respectively. Taking PM2.5 as an example, from cropland, forest, grassland accounted 73%, 26%, 1% Geographically, primarily concentrated western, southwestern, northeastern regions Heilongjiang. peak exhibited notable seasonal variation, with maxima occurring April October. This extensive straw during spring autumn ploughing seasons. study provide detailed multi-year crucial atmospheric transport models can support development effective pollution control strategies greenhouse gas mitigation measures.
