In recent years, the sustainability of cosmetic products has received growing interest from industry and consumers due to recommendation implementation circular economy European Green Deal. This review examines existing studies on wheat bran extracts (WBEs) to provide an overview of their functional properties, including antioxidant and enzyme-inhibitory activities, highlighting potential as natural alternatives for applications in both the food cosmetic industries. Currently, there has been a tendency for companies to focus on the development of their businesses following circular economy trends associated with sustainability. European Community guidelines have established deadlines implementation management strategies that allow creating and maintaining an effective resource-efficient economic system, reducing amount energy materials used in production. This study aims analyze existing literature review integration sustainability (CE) principles into business development. The research methodology is systematic using SCOPUS database, which 97 academic articles were analyzed after exclusion keywords. findings show that, analysis carried out VOSviewer, development, are themes studied by many authors, links related theme conclusions indicate CE interlinked, must implement appropriate increase competitiveness improve resource efficiency. Financial institutions, particularly banks, play pivotal role in this by supporting companies through financial legal frameworks, network development services, advisory support, while also adopting internal practices. Given their central CE, banks are expected enhance transparency clearly communicating CE initiatives raising awareness. Despite this, disclosure (CED) practices among have received limited attention academic literature. This study, lens of legitimacy theory, aims gap examining level CED European impact certain bank characteristics—such size, age, Internet visibility, internationalization—on amount information disseminated official websites.
