Anti-cancer
targeted
therapy
is
a
promising
approach.
However,
the
identification
of
target
molecules
over-expressed
in
wide
range
tumors
remains
significant
challenge.
The
aim
this
study
was
to
analyze
expression
cell
membrane-exposed
heat
shock
protein
70
kDa
(mHSP70)
on
different
tumor
cells
and
develop
nanoscale
delivery
system
based
monoclonal
antibody
(mAb)
that
recognizes
mHSP70
uses
chitosan
core-shell
nanoparticles
(NPs).
Several
types
(breast,
pancreas,
colon,
prostate
cancers,
some
lymphomas)
expressed
as
determined
by
flow
cytometry
confocal
microscopy
both
2D
3D
cultures.
Core
NPs
were
formed
(C)
conjugated
allocolchicinoid,
which
used
model
drug
(D).
mAbs
(A)
targeting
complexed
with
succinylchitosan
NP
shells
forming
final
CAD-NPs.
These
characterized
size,
charge,
functional
activity.
CAD-NPs
shown
have
additional
toxicity
comparison
CD-NPs
mHSP7-positive
cells.
Taken
collectively,
shows
mAb
can
be
vector
antitumor
therapy.

Case report: Systemic sclerosis during neoadjuvant therapy for breast cancer in a 59-year-old woman

Systemic
sclerosis
(SSc)
is
an
autoimmune
connective
tissue
disease
with
skin
fibrosis
being
the
first
and
most
common
manifestation.
Patients
SSc
have
a
higher
risk
of
developing
malignant
tumors
than
general
population.
However,
sequence
underlying
mechanisms
linking
to
malignancy
remain
controversial.
This
article
presents
case
59-year-old
woman
who
was
diagnosed
after
during
neoadjuvant
therapy
for
breast
cancer.
Despite
aggressive
antitumor
treatments,
including
targeted
therapy,
did
not
improve
progressed
rapidly
increasing
dermatofibrosis.
Remarkably,
entered
remission
following
cessation
therapy.
Additionally,
we
reviewed
literature
on
tumors,
examined
their
relationship,
discussed
key
points
regarding
identification
potential
adverse
drug
reactions.
