Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is an autoimmune connective tissue disease with skin fibrosis being the first and most common manifestation. Patients SSc have a higher risk of developing malignant tumors than general population. However, sequence underlying mechanisms linking to malignancy remain controversial. This article presents case 59-year-old woman who was diagnosed after during neoadjuvant therapy for breast cancer. Despite aggressive antitumor treatments, including targeted therapy, did not improve progressed rapidly increasing dermatofibrosis. Remarkably, entered remission following cessation therapy. Additionally, we reviewed literature on tumors, examined their relationship, discussed key points regarding identification potential adverse drug reactions.

Anti-cancer targeted therapy is a promising approach. However, the identification of target molecules over-expressed in wide range tumors remains significant challenge. The aim this study was to analyze expression cell membrane-exposed heat shock protein 70 kDa (mHSP70) on different tumor cells and develop nanoscale delivery system based monoclonal antibody (mAb) that recognizes mHSP70 uses chitosan core-shell nanoparticles (NPs). Several types (breast, pancreas, colon, prostate cancers, some lymphomas) expressed as determined by flow cytometry confocal microscopy both 2D 3D cultures. Core NPs were formed (C) conjugated allocolchicinoid, which used model drug (D). mAbs (A) targeting complexed with succinylchitosan NP shells forming final CAD-NPs. These characterized size, charge, functional activity. CAD-NPs shown have additional toxicity comparison CD-NPs mHSP7-positive cells. Taken collectively, shows mAb can be vector antitumor therapy.
