Abstract: Vitiligo is a chronic autoimmune disorder characterized by depigmented patches of the skin. The treatment vitiligo remains challenging, partly owing to lack efficient drug delivery system. Abstract Microneedles (MNs) offer a precise and minimally invasive platform for delivering vaccines therapeutic agents directly into the skin, leveraging abundance of tissue‐resident immune cells to elicit robust durable responses. Compared traditional intramuscular or subcutaneous vaccination methods, MN‐based demonstrate superior patient compliance, enhanced antigen stability, heightened immunogenicity, positioning them as promising tool in biomedical applications. This review provides comprehensive overview materials fabrication techniques used MN preparation, explores their structural classifications, examines role antigens adjuvants optimizing vaccine efficacy. Furthermore, diverse applications delivery systems preventing infectious diseases, advancing tumor immunotherapy, addressing other immune‐related conditions are discussed.
