More Green, Better Funding? Exploring the Dynamics between Corporate Bank Loans and Trade Credit DOI Open Access

As a critical aspect of corporate financing strategies, high-quality trade credit has been acknowledged as favorable indicator for external stakeholders. Given the increasing prominence sustainable development, it is worthwhile to explore whether an advanced environmental management system facilitates attainment business operations. Therefore, respond this question, study utilizes panel data spanning from 2012 2021, comprising Chinese listed firms in four energy and environment-related sectors, with dimension score CSI ESG scoring employed categorizing sample into high low governance groups. The results reconcile conflicting studies find inverted U-shaped effect between bank loans lower levels governance. Within domain characterized by higher governance, two are substituted each other. In addition, introduces Shapely decomposition method first time quantify contribution loans. Drawing these findings, we proposed practical advice firms, financial institutions, government on how choose against background development.

The popularization and use of green buildings are great significance for reducing the carbon emissions achieving sustainable development. Scientific evaluation building design scheme is key factor in ensuring buildings. To overcome shortage a systematic index system comprehensive method, an schemes method based on projection pursuit model were developed. First, according to needs development, was systematically constructed from five aspects economy, resource utilization index, environmental impacts, technical management, social impacts. calculation methods all secondary indexes provided detail. Green buildings are an important carrier for the transformation of construction industry to green, efficient and energy-saving, part national sustainable development strategy. At present, green building in China is still primary stage, willingness enterprises develop low, promotion facing problem insufficient power. The main reason that incremental cost too high. Therefore, this paper takes as research object, studies quantification evaluation its cost-benefit. Firstly, composition analysed from perspective whole life cycle, benefits divided into economic benefits, environmental social benefits. Secondly, cost-benefit model constructed by combining entropy weight method data envelopment analysis (DEA) method. Finally, feasibility verified through practical engineering cases. By evaluating input-output costs, projects with DEA effectiveness ineffectiveness identified, specific suggestions put forward them respectively. results not only provide theoretical support costs buildings, but also a reference formulation corresponding control measures, lay foundation realization minimization benefit maximization buildings.
