This study first proposes an innovative method for optimizing the maximum power extraction from photovoltaic (PV) systems during dynamic and static environmental conditions (DSEC) by applying horse herd optimization algorithm (HHOA). The HHOA is a bio-inspired technique that mimics motion cycles of entire horses. Next, linear active disturbance rejection control (LADRC) was applied to monitor HHOA's reference voltage output. LADRC, known managing uncertainties disturbances, improves anti-interference capacity point tracking (MPPT) speeds up system's response rate. Then, in comparison traditional (perturb & observe; P&O) metaheuristic algorithms (conventional particle swarm optimization; CPSO, grasshopper GHO, deterministic PSO; DPSO) through DSEC, simulations results demonstrate combination HHOA-LADRC can successfully track global peak (GMP) with less fluctuations quicker convergence time. Finally, experimental investigation proposed accomplished NI PXIE-1071 Hardware-In-Loop (HIL) prototype. output findings show effectiveness provided may approach value higher than 99%, showed rate converging oscillations detection mechanism.

This study utilizes an integrated Geographic Information System (GIS)-based Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) approach to perform Solar Power Plant Site Selection (SPPSS) in Kermanshah Province, Iran. It introduces a novel group weighting method, the Dempster-based Best-Worst Method (DBWM), which combines weights vectors derived from experts' opinions. The also conducts comprehensive sensitivity analysis comparing four GIS-based models for SPPSS. Findings indicate that Inverse Distance Weighted (IDW) method is most precise interpolation, was subsequently applied analysis. Results demonstrate DBWM-Technique Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution (GIS-based DBWM-TOPSIS) model stable, identifying slope as primary criterion Based on this model, 3% of area classified very low suitability, 9% low, 24% moderate, 33% high, and 31% high suitability. highlights substantial impact selecting appropriate spatial techniques uses normalization standardize input criteria with varied units ranges, enhancing comparability within MCDM process. Eslamabad-e Gharb, Kangavar, Gilan-e Gharb counties emerged suitable locations solar power plant (SPP) development.

Currently, worldwide attention to clean energy and sustainable has been expedited because of its many environmental benefits. In fact, wind solar energies play a prime role in decarbonizing the market. However, finding most suitable locations for wind/solar power plants is difficult non-homogeneous distribution these sources. This paper presents novel method selecting optimal farms by mapping space decision criteria site score. addition, multiple linear regression model was used, with help combination GIS AHP methods, siting plants. The scoring used this study reliable globally evaluated; therefore, scores are accurate effective. To reveal ability proposed method, two areas were investigated researched. results achieved based on introduced showed that, case 1, an area about 9, 4 7 km2 construction wind, plants, respectively. also fourteen existing wind/solar, from five continents around world. that suggested acts same as real data. addition interest hold development renewable area, approach may be applied elsewhere select optimum sites solar, combined farms.

Aim of the study: Today, completely new forms geo-information systems are becoming increasingly popular. New technological possibilities allow these to be adapted requirements and needs societies. This paper is an extensive literature review use geodata in various scientific fields, STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) disciplines. However, as there no universal agreement which disciplines included STEM, authors also related fields such geography or transport. Abstract Floating photovoltaics (FPVs) are appearing as a promising and an alternative renewable energy opinion in which PV panels mounted on floating platforms order to produce electricity from water such seas, dams, rivers, oceans, canals, fish farms, reservoirs. So far, studies related the body knowledge financial, technical, environmental aspects of installation FPV have not been performed Turkey while expanding steadily other countries. In this study, suitable site selection for power plants three lakes was studied by performing geographic information system (GIS) fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) method. This detailed study revealed that criterion global horizontal irradiance (GHI) determined most crucial Beysehir Lake, Lake Tuz, Van Lake. Additionally, it clearly seen had highest value approximately 52% among installation, is why selected best option with approach.
