Abstract
The
potential
of
the
low
carbon
city
pilot
(LCCP)
to
foster
enterprise
green
technology
innovation
(EGTI)
is
contingent
upon
enhancing
quality
urban
development,
improving
ecological
environment,
and
ultimately
achieving
objective
“double
carbon”
reduction.
Due
this,

article
uses
data
from
Chinese
A‐share
listed
businesses
in
Shanghai
Shenzhen
2009
2021
investigate
effect
LCCP
on
EGTI.
It
found
that
significantly
contributes
EGTI,
a
number
robustness
