With the development of digital and green economies, enterprise transformation inventively promotes technological innovation.Using data from listed companies in Shanghai Shenzhen 2008 to 2021 with text analysis, we construct a multidimensional fixed-effect model study impact on technology innovation.We find that innovation, holding after series robustness tests endogeneity treatments, by reducing financing constraints easing risks.Further analysis shows among two sub-dimensions promotion effect independent innovation is more prominent.There also time lag both its sub-dimensions, showing tendency enhance then weaken.Moreover, positive significant heavy pollution industries, alongside non-state-owned small-scale enterprises, different performances sub-dimension.

This paper investigates the impact of digital transformation on innovation within agribusiness sector, both theoretically and empirically, through an examination Chinese A-share agriculture-related listed companies spanning from 2011 to 2021. The findings suggest that significantly enhances capability agribusiness, while concurrently fostering improvements its quality. These results hold robust following endogeneity test a series robustness tests. Our heterogeneity analysis found exerts more pronounced influence promoting among state-owned agribusinesses, those located in eastern region China, facing heightened financing constraints.
