Accurate carbon emission accounting for electric vehicles (EVs) is particularly important, especially those participating in the market. However, participation of numerous EVs vehicle-to-grid (V2G) scheduling complicates precise individual EV emissions. This paper presents a novel approach to and benefits distribution EVs. It includes low-carbon dispatch model system (DS), aimed at reducing total emissions through strategic charging scheduling. Further, an improved flow proposed calculate reduction before after dispatch. enables real-time tracking during discharging, then accurately quantifies amount. Additionally, it employs Shapley value method ensure equitable revenue, balancing operation costs contributions. A case study based on 31-node campus network demonstrated that effective 1296 can significantly reduce account under different states, provides balanced analysis contributions costs, advocating fair revenue allocation.

This study examines the integration and price behavior of European Union electricity markets using a Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). Employing daily wholesale day-ahead prices from 24 EU countries spanning October 2017 to September 2024, research identifies seven regional clusters based on similarities in trends. The analysis reveals strong long-term equilibrium relationships dynamic short-term adjustments, highlighting interconnectedness these markets. Central players, such as Germany Block 1 France 2, emerge pivotal driving stability, while like Romania Bulgaria (Block 3) demonstrate significant interconnections. Scandinavian Baltic regions (Blocks 4 5) showcase unique balancing mechanisms influenced by shared infrastructure. Aggregated inter-block dynamics underscore critical role central hubs Blocks 3 bridging market disparities. Despite progress, heterogeneity persists, with slower adjustments observed certain clusters. findings emphasize need for targeted policies enhance cross-border trading infrastructure investments, ensuring equitable across all regions. By addressing disparities, can bolster efficiency resilience, contributing its overarching energy strategy transition sustainable systems.

The transition towards renewable energy has increased the importance of virtual power plants (VPPs) in integrating distributed resources (DERs). However, questions remain regarding most appropriate auction mechanisms (pay-as-bid (PAB) versus pay-as-clear (PAC)) and imbalance penalty structures, which significantly influence VPP bidding strategies market operations. This study employs a three-stage stochastic programming model to evaluate behaviors under these while also considering effects structures. By simulating various scenarios, results reveal that PAC markets offer higher revenues due settlement at market-clearing price; they exhibit greater volatility elevated penalties. For instance, deviations were 52.60% than PAB specific cost ranges differed by up 82.32%. In contrast, foster stable, stepwise minimize penalties improve utilization, particularly during high- moderate-generation periods. findings emphasize advantages mechanism electricity with substantial integration, providing significant insights for design facilitate reliable sustainable
