Abstract The energy-saving renovation (ESR) of existing residential buildings is regarded as a pivotal strategy to reduce energy consumption and achieve emission-reduction goals. However, there are many difficulties in implementing these ESR projects practice. In order address issues, this study on the foundation characteristics building ESR. Through in-depth analysis functional cost indicators for evaluating benefits ESR, combined with expert research statistical analysis, benefit indicator system consisting two subsystems: function has been constructed. selects best worst-case method high reliability simple calculation determine weights various adopts fuzzy comprehensive evaluation quantitative integration information. model based value engineering applied an project Qingdao. experimental results show that coefficient 0.991, weighted 0.219, which significantly higher than management 0.178. Abstract This study employed density functional theory (DFT) embedded in Wien2K code to evaluate the physical features of XGeCl 3 (X = Rb/Cs) cubic halide perovskites. The current article reports the mass and energy transmission through mixed convection nanofluid flow past a stretching Riga plate.
