Abstract
The
energy-saving
renovation
(ESR)
of
existing
residential
buildings
is
regarded
as
a
pivotal
strategy
to
reduce
energy
consumption
and
achieve
emission-reduction
goals.
However,
there
are
many
difficulties
in
implementing
these
ESR
projects
practice.
In
order
address
issues,
this
study
on
the
foundation
characteristics
building
ESR.
Through
in-depth
analysis

ESR,

with
