The sparrow search algorithm (SSA) is an efficient swarm-intelligence-based that has made some significant advances since its introduction in 2020. A detailed overview of the basic SSA and several SSA-based variants presented this paper. To be specific, first, principle introduced including mechanism implementation process. Second, many improved SSAs are reviewed hybrid, chaotic, adaptive, binary multi-objective SSAs. Introduction: Pain is a common health problem among older adults worldwide. Older tend to suffer from arm, lumbar, and back pain when using hanging cabinets. Abstract In order to solve the difficult portability problem of traditional non-invasive sleeping posture recognition algorithms arising from production cost and computational cost, this paper proposes a model focusing on human body structural feature extraction integration space based specific air-spring mattress structure, called SPR-DE (SPR-DE is Sleep Posture Recognition-Data Ensemble acronym form). The combines SMR (SMR stands for Principle Spearman Maximal Relevance) with horizontal vertical division barometric pressure signals in body’s backbone region reconstruct raw data into strongly correlated non-image features sleep postures different parts directions construct set. Finally, recognit-ion two accomplished using AdaBoost-SVM integrated classifier. compared base classifiers verify its performance. experimental results show that amount significant helps algorithm classify patterns more accurately, f1 score determined by comparison experiments 0.998, accuracy can reach 99.9%. Compared other models, improved 2.9% ~ 7.7%, f1-score 0.029 0.076. Non-visual techniques for identifying sleep postures have become essential enhancing health. Conventional methods depend on a costly professional medical apparatus that is challenging to adapt domestic use. This study developed an economical airbag mattress and introduced method detecting sleeping positions via restricted body pressure data. The methodology relies distributed data obtained from barometric sensors positioned at various locations the mattress. Two combinations of base learners were chosen based complementary attributes model, each which can be amalgamated through soft-voting strategy. Additionally, architectures Autoencoder convolutional neural networks integrated, collectively constituting learning layer model. Gradient enhancement was utilized in meta-learner amalgamate output basic layer. experimental findings indicate suggested holistic model has high classification accuracy up 95.95%, precision 96.13%, F1 index 95.01% posture recognition assessments possesses considerable merit. Color and texture, as vital physical attributes of recombinant decorative thin wood, represent the initial visual information perceived by human eye. These elements play a crucial role in shaping viewing experience. This paper centers on user’s perception wood is divided into two main sections: extraction analysis color texture features, experimental research evaluating combinations texture. The experiments yielded conclusions indicating that design significantly influences objective eye movement data. People spend approximately one-third of their lives in sleep, but more and people are suffering from sleep disorders. Sleep posture is closely related to quality, so detection very significant. In our previous work, a smart flexible monitoring belt with MEMS triaxial accelerometer pressure sensor has been developed detect the vital signs, snore events stages. However, method for not studied. Therefore, achieve high performance, low cost comfortable experience, this paper proposes based on sign signals measured by Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU). Statistical analysis wavelet packet transform applied feature extraction signals. Then algorithm recursive elimination cross-validation introduced further extract key features. Besides, machine learning models 10-fold cross validation process, such as decision tree, random forest, support vector machine, extreme gradient boosting adaptive boosting, were adopted recognize posture. 15 subjects recruited participate experiment. Experimental results demonstrate that accuracy forest highest among five models, which reaches 96.02 %. proposed feasible effective.
