The resilient food supply chain (RFSC) has been identified as an effective model for mitigating (FSC) risks. However, there exist many barriers impacting the implementation of RFSC. Further, previous studies seldom utilize integrated decision models identifying and ranking to implementing RFSC within uncertain environments. Thus, study establishes interval-valued Fermatean fuzzy (IVFF) framework identify rank these barriers. is classified into four stages. First, interaction between preference information, we introduce IVFF-prioritized weighted average (PWA) operator collect this information. Then, IVFF-CRITIC method proposed calculate barrier weights considering their inter-correlation relationships. Next, IVFF-PWA are incorporated PROMETHEE-II levels alternative participation in FSC. a case about analyzing employed test effectiveness practicality presented framework. result shows that processing company (priority: 0.161) highest level. findings article may offer support stakeholders industry.

Due to the energy crisis, ammonia stands out as an efficient hydrogen carrier. However, liquid ammonia's nature of toxicity, corrosiveness, volatility, flammability, etc., make its storage highly risky. It is essential analyze risk facility for safety improvement. Failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) has been a popular method due ease implementation. traditional FMEA insufficient model uncertainty assessment information, enhance consensus among experts, aggregate experts' evaluation derive reliable results. To address these limitations, we introduce hybrid probabilistic linguistic framework failure in facility. First, terms (PLTs) are introduced express uncertain information modes. Second, acceptability-based consensus-reaching process measure on each mode's improve their consensus. Then, degree-based ordered weighted averaging operator fuse where weight determined by degree. Furthermore, gained lost dominance score improved basis expected value PLTs prioritize modes' risk. Finally, case study performed show efficiency extended FMEA. The indicated that condenser cooling water pump level transfer top two modes have scores 0.126 0.091, respectively.

Purpose This study aims to propose a facilitating methodology for the application of Fuzzy FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), comparing traditional approach with fuzzy variations, supported by case in aeronautical sector. Design/methodology/approach Based on experts' opinions risk analysis within sector, rules governing relationship between severity, occurrence, detection factor were defined. served as input developing fuzzyfied tool using Matlab Logic Toolbox.
