Abstract
In
recent
decades,
the
acceleration
of
climate
change
has
posed
significant
challenges
to
policy
makers.
Transport
systems
are
important
for
economy,
urban
development,
and
daily
life
activities,
but
they
also
have
a
negative
impact
on
human
health

environment.
Latin
America,
prevailing
approach
transport
land
use
planning
continues
favour
faster,
longer
more
private
motorised
trips.
Therefore,
policy-making

sustainability

Presently,
financial
institutions
have
tentatively
utilized
supply
chain
finance
as
a
means
of
assessing
small
and
medium-sized
enterprise
(SME)
credit
rating.
However,
traditional
techniques
cannot
satisfy
the
requirements
such
assessments
because

to
assess
SME
rating
from
perspective
core
rather
than
only
SME.
In
this
study,
hybrid
technique
with
quantitative
qualitative
criteria
called
multi-phase
quality
function
deployment
(QFD)-based
MULTIMOORA
under
interval
type-2
fuzzy
set
(IT2FS)
is
proposed
overcome
defects
techniques.

into
IT2FSs
using

formulas.
