The

CO2-saturated
NaCl-HAc
solution.

Carbon
capture,
utilization,
and
storage
(CCUS)
technology
is
widely
recognized
as
a
key
solution
for
mitigating
global
climate
change.
Consequently,
it
has
received
significant
attention
from
countries
worldwide.
However,
carbon
dioxide
corrosion
poses
challenge
to
CCUS
represents
bottleneck
the
large-scale
development
application
of
this
technology.
To
mitigate
issue,
review
starts
with
discussion
problems
in
CCUS.
Later,
fundamentals
mechanism
are
introduced.
Then,
influences
various
factors
that
affect
highlighted,
such
water
content,
pH,
flow
rate,
etc.
Afterward,
we
summarize
commonly
used
methods
protection,
particular
focus
on
inhibitor,
given
their
eco-friendly
effective
nature.
Lastly,
challenges
prospects
discussed
motivate
future
studies
developing
novel,
high-performance
green
inhibitor
studying
corresponding
protection
mechanisms,
hoping

Abstract
Oil
and
gas
pipelines
play
an
important
role
in
the
energy
transportation
industry,
but
metal
corrosion
can
affect
safe
operation
of
pipeline
equipment.
This
study
uses
CiteSpace
software
to
synthesize
analyze
models
keywords
from
research
institutions,
countries,
methods
related
prediction.
The
investigation
into
mechanisms
corrosion,
with
a
specific
emphasis
on
CO
2
H
S
has
revealed
that
several
factors
influence
process,
including
temperature,
partial
pressure,
medium
composition
product
film.
In
addition,
provides
comprehensive
review
prediction
models.
These
include
traditional
empirical,
semi-empirical,
mechanism-based
models,
as
well
advanced
machine
learning
techniques
such
random
forest,
artificial
neural
network
model,
support
vector
machine,
dose-response
function.
Although
there
are
many
ways
improve
model
performance,
no
universally
accepted
have
been
established.
Therefore,
further
in-depth
is
needed
