How to scientifically and efficiently quantify the impact hazards of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) pollution volatilization from complex groundwater systems on surface air environments is a critical environmental issue. This paper employed an integrated modeling approach, incorporating numerical simulations, statistical analyses, machine learning address this We comprehensively accounted for different driving mechanisms, along with various migration transformation processes VOCs. investigation identified 11 key factors influencing pollutant flux. The data-enhanced surrogate models sampling-fusion-based support vector (SVM) were established appropriate generic applications in which high computation burden difficulty could be avoided complicated modeling. Those would enable accurate prediction fluxes reliable classification risks. Notably, through soil-air interface over short period sufficient cause slow-airflow space concentrations exceed acceptable levels. Particularly, SVM have significant implications rapidly assessing VOCs risk meaningful quantified uncertainties specific site conditions.
