Bisphenol A (BPA) is a common endocrine disruptor widely used in the production of electronic, sports, and medical equipment, as well consumer products like milk bottles, dental sealants, thermal paper. Despite its widespread use, current assessments BPA exposure risks remain limited due to lack comprehensive cross-species comparative analyses. Bisphenol A (BPA) and its substitute fluorene-9-bisphenol (BHPF) are used in consumer products; however, their toxic effects on intestinal epithelium remain largely unknown. In this study, we combined organoids single-cell RNA sequencing to investigate the impact of BPA BHPF exposure cell composition, differentiation, function.
