The disposal of municipal solid waste (MSW) directly at landfills or open dump areas, without segregation and treatment, is a significant concern due to its hazardous contents antibiotic-resistant bacteria (ARB), antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs), metal (MGEs). released leachate from greatly effects the soil physicochemical, biological, groundwater properties associated with agricultural activity human health. abundance ARB, ARGs, MGEs have been reported worldwide, including MSW landfill sites, animal husbandry, wastewater, groundwater, soil, aerosol. This review elucidates occurrence MRGs, which are regarded as emerging contaminants (ECs). Recently, ECs received global attention because their prevalence in substantial threat environmental public health, an economic burden for developing nations. present exclusively discusses demands develop novel eco-friendly management strategy combat these issues. also gives intrinsic discussion about insights different aspects health concerns caused massive generation, antibiotics (AR), on various reservoirs Furthermore, current throws light source fate possible impact nearby environments (groundwater, surface water, soil) affecting strongly suggests demand future research focuses advancement removal efficiency improvement relevant reduce potential disposable waste. We propose necessity identification monitoring risks contaminants.

Bovine mastitis is an inflammation of the udder tissue parenchyma that causes pathological changes in glandular and abnormalities milk leading to significant economic losses dairy industry across world. Mammary pathogenic Escherichia (E.) coli (MPEC) one main etiologic agents acute clinical cattle. MPEC strains have virulence attributes resist host innate defenses thrive mammary gland environment. The association between specific factors with severity cattle not fully understood. Furthermore, indiscriminate use antibiotics treat has resulted antimicrobial resistance all major antibiotic classes MPEC. A thorough understanding MPEC’s pathogenesis susceptibility pattern required develop better interventions reduce incidence prevalence This review compiles important information on caused by (e.g., types mastitis, immune response, diagnosis, treatment, control disease) as well current knowledge factors, resistance, dilemma a new pathotype. provided this critical identifying gaps will guide future studies design diagnostic, prevent, therapeutic for disease.

Abstract Previous studies reported microplastics (MPs), antibiotics, and antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) in wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs). There is still a lack of research progress on the origin, fate, impact hazards MPs ARGs WWTPs. This paper fills gap this regard. In our search, we used “microplastics”, “antibiotic genes”, “wastewater plant” as topic terms Web Science, checking returned results for relevance by examining titles abstracts. study mainly explores following points: (1) origins fate MPs, antibiotics WWTPs; (2) mechanisms action sludge biochemical pools; (3) impacts WWTPs spread ARGs; (4) harm inflicted environment human body. Contaminants sewage such ARGs, antibiotic-resistant bacteria enter soil water. can travel through food chain thus reach humans, leading to increased illness, hospitalization, even mortality. will enhance understanding among they inflict

Throughout scientific literature, we can find evidence that antimicrobial resistance has become a big problem in the recent years on global scale. Public healthcare systems all over world are faced with great challenge this respect. Obviously, there many bacteria cause infections humans and animals alike, but somehow it seems greatest threat nowadays comes from Enterobacteriaceae members, especially Escherichia coli. Namely, witnesses to fact these developed fight off antibiotics strongest most diverse Enterobacteriaceae. Our advantage is understanding antibiotics, so help us understand connection between microorganisms occurrence of antibiotic-resistance both their pets. Furthermore, unfavorable conditions related ease E. coli transmission via fecal–oral route among humans, environmental sources, only add problem. For above stated reasons, evident epidemiology strains mechanisms they have time extremely significant topics findings area will be vital importance against caused by bacteria.

Abstract: Escherichia coli O157:H7 is an important food-borne and water-borne pathogen that causes hemorrhagic colitis the hemolytic-uremic syndrome in humans may cause serious morbidity large outbreaks worldwide. People with bloody diarrhea have increased risk of developing complications such as acute renal failure neurological damage. The (HUS) a condition, up to 50% HUS patients can develop long-term dysfunction or blood pressure-related complications. Children aged two six years HUS. Clinical enteropathogenic (EPEC) infections show fever, vomiting, diarrhea. EPEC reservoir unknown but suggested be asymptomatic symptomatic child adult carrier. With the large-scale use of antibiotics, antibiotic resistant bacteria (ARB) continue to rise, and resistance genes (ARGs) are regarded as emerging environmental pollutants. The new tetracycline-class antibiotic, tigecycline is last resort for treating multidrug-resistant (MDR) bacteria. Plasmid-mediated horizontal transfer enables sharing genetic information among different gene tet (X) threatens efficacy tigecycline, adjacent IS CR2 or 26 often detected upstream downstream gene, which may play a crucial driving role in transmission gene. Since first discovery plasmid-mediated high-level (X4) China 2019, genes, especially (X4), have been reported within various reservoirs worldwide, such ducks, geese, migratory birds, chickens, pigs, cattle, aquatic animals, agricultural field, meat, humans. Further, our current researches also mentioned viruses novel resistance, will probably become focus studying ARGs. Overall, this article mainly aims discuss status particular pollutants, risk public health “One Health” concept.
