Abstract The inequality in CO 2 emissions from agricultural energy consumption is a major challenge for coordinating low-carbon development across regions China. However, the evolutionary characteristics and driving factors of China’s energy-related are poorly understood. In response, Kaya–Theil model was adopted to examine three potential influencing emission consumption. results revealed that, 1997 2021, per capita showed significant upward trend, with prominent polarization right-tailing phenomena. Overall, on downward Theil index falling 0.4109 0.1957 2021. Meanwhile, decomposition national that within-group declined 0.3991 0.1634, which greater than between-group inequality, based zoning 28 provinces into grain production functional areas. As kaya factors, intensity contributed most overall followed by economic intensity. Based these results, this study provided some strategies reduce agricultural-related emissions.

The global consensus to move towards carbon neutrality has been growing amidst turbulence, and the issue of emissions an unavoidable topic for achieving goal neutrality. introduction microalgae photosynthetic sequestration technology optimizes culture environment through hydrodynamics enhances efficiency light dioxide transfer, thus increasing rate photosynthesis effect microalgae. Based on biomechanical perspective, this study constructed a three-party dynamic evolution game model including agricultural subjects, enterprises local governments, analyzed mechanism by microalgae, financing subsidy system trading mechanism, explored strategic choices behavioral process subjects in face different policy incentives, verified conclusions numerical simulation analysis. shows that: (1) implementation financial policies governments significantly increases willingness producers apply technology, accelerating emission reduction; (2) integration energy industry market is conducive generation renewable energy, realizes win-win situation government’s environmental benefits enterprise’s economic benefits; (3) adoption promotion virtuous cycle soil microbial communities realization crop income. This evaluates potential impacts combinations reduction based which can help promote application reduction.

The “Village Merger and Resettlement” policy, as an adjustment of rural living arrangements spatial organization, addresses the population outflow against backdrop global urbanization industrialization. It has profound impacts on agricultural resource allocation, technological innovation, carbon emissions, playing a significant role in achieving green low-carbon development alongside high-quality advancement. This paper conducts empirical analysis based panel data from 30 provincial regions China 2001 to 2022 (excluding Tibet, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan) examine impact policy emissions. explores mediating effects informatization integration industries analyzes moderating roles government environmental regulations public participation. findings indicate that significantly suppresses with being more pronounced major grain-producing areas, flat terrain, convenient transportation, higher levels technology labor, well east side Hu Huanyong Line, where degree industrial restructuring is lower enforcement stronger. mediation reveals processes industry both play positive transmission policy’s reducing moderation shows compulsory have negative effect emission suppression, while participation effect. This study aims to provide a scientific basis for the development of county-level agricultural industries through comprehensive evaluation environmental and economic benefits products. Focusing on Hancheng City in Shaanxi Province, this paper calculates analyzes carbon emission intensity per unit output value major products, assessing their advantage indices. Reducing agricultural carbon emissions is critical to achieving green development and the “dual carbon” goals. The present study conducts empirical analysis using provincial panel data from 29 provinces in China 2011 2022 combined with econometric models based on mechanism of impact digital rural construction emission intensity. entropy method factor are used determine level fixed effect intermediary empirically analyze results indicate that (1) significantly inhibits intensity, there differences different regions dimensions construction; (2) areas can indirectly reduce intensity by promoting human capital; (3) financial support for agriculture played significant positive regulatory effect. policy recommendations proposed provide a reference reduction other countries.
