Industry 5.0 emphasises social sustainability and highlights the critical need for personnel upskilling reskilling to achieve seamless integration of human expertise advanced technology. This paper presents a methodological framework designing personalised training programs that support upskilling, with goal fostering flexibility resilience amid rapid changes in industrial landscape. The proposed encompasses seven stages: (1) Integration Existing Systems, (2) Data Collection, (3) Preparation, (4) Skills-Models Extraction, (5) Assessment Skills Qualifications, (6) Recommendations Training Program, (7) Evaluation Continuous Improvement. By leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) human-centric principles, our methodology enables creation tailored help organisations promote culture proactive learning. work thus contributes sustainable development workforce, facilitating access high-quality well-being satisfaction. Preventing work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) is crucial in reducing their impact on individuals and society. However, the existing mainstream 2D image-based approach insufficient capturing complex 3D movements postures involved many occupational tasks. To address this, an improved deep learning-based rapid entire body assessment (REBA) method has been proposed. The takes working videos as input automatically outputs corresponding REBA score through pose reconstruction. proposed achieves average precision of 94.7% real-world data, which comparable to that ergonomic experts. Musculoskeletal disorders are prevalent among warehouse workers who engage in repetitive and dynamic tasks. To prevent such injuries, it is vital to identify the factors that influence fatigue upper extremities during these activities. Our study reveals task factors, namely bottle mass picking rate, significantly extremity fatigue. In most cases, indicator a functional variable, meaning score or measurement curve captured over time, which could be modeled as function. this study, we demonstrate data analysis tools, of variance (FANOVA), prove more effective than traditional methods specifying how contribute development extremities.
