In this study, a cost minimization model of ground source heat pump (GSHP) was performed to obtain its best design configurations based on system reliability. To implement high-fidelity optimization, the uncertainties decision parameters and geological parameters’ distributions were considered. The GSHP’s lifespan costs functionalized an analytical borehole transfer model. Multiple constraints established serve as reliability goals ensure turbulent pipe flow without extreme temperature variations. thermal conductivity, groundwater velocity, unit price electricity considered three random variables. Their dynamic characteristics incorporated by assigning different increasing rates average magnitudes them. Additionally, their transient fluctuations accommodated integrating probabilistic into optimization process, all which followed normal distributions. results demonstrated that time-dependent these uncertain variables could significantly affect investment GSHP reducing total 20.7% 21.1% when velocity conductivity reach 5% 4% respectively. study also provided optimized under 85% confidence level in various predicted scenarios, considering wide range energy costs.

Currently, the research efforts on machining indices such as tool wear, surface roughness, power consumption etc. is well reported in literature, but energy analysis based material removal methods and machine learning has received comparatively little attention. Therefore, present work deals with simultaneous reduction of specific cutting sustainable Inconel 601 alloy different models. The studies were conducted using dry, minimum quantity lubrication (MQL), nano-MQL, cryogenic, hybrid cooling (cryo-nano-MQL). (SCE) values calculated data obtained from rate. Subsequently, SCE employed to construct crucial maps, which are then utilized several sophisticated models, including Multiple Linear Regression, Lasso Bayesian Ridge Voting Regressor, facilitate predictive modeling outcomes. findings study indicate that model exhibits a reduced error rate closely aligned R2 value when compared other prediction Moreover, novelty, nanoparticles addition into (cryo + nano MQL) also showed better performance 0.3 % less than only cryo method previously used former studies.
