Vanadium
oxides
are
widely
used
for
microsupercapacitors
(MSCs)
due
to
their
multiple‐valence
and
high
theoretical
capacitance.
A
conceptually
new
approach
of
electric
discharge
machining
(EDM)
with
computer‐aided
control
is
developed
one‐step
fabricate
Mo‐doped
VO
0.2
‐based
electrodes
devices
designable
geometry.
The
results
demonstrate
that
the
Mo@VO
integrated
interdigital
MSCs
(IIMSCs)
narrowest
electrode
distance
300
μm
show
best
capacitive
performance,
which
furtherly
manifested
by
field
simulation.
Moreover,
this
work
concentrates
on
expounding
relationships
between
EDM
current,
surface
morphology
,
behavior
IIMSCs.
Compared

Energy-storage
systems
are
attracting
much
attention
owing
to
their
unique
properties

recent
years,
MXenes
relatively
2D
materials
that
have
emerged
as
promising
candidates
fulfill
the
requirements
for
high-power
applications.
They
boost
device-level
electrochemical
performance
terms
of
chemical
composition,
material
structure,
surface
termination
groups,
efficient
charge
storage
fast
ion
diffusion.
Herein,
we
present
a
review
discuss
thoroughly
MAX
phases
synthesis
recommend
them
potential
nanomaterials
towards
energy
science.
Recent
researches
on
MXene-based
nanostructures
been
highlighted
improving
conversion
performances
renewable
technologies.
The
perspectives
future
challenges
MXenes-based
this
booming
field
addressed.
Finally,
will
promote
further
development
within
scientific
community
intending
design
intriguing
electrodes
used
storage.
