Abstract The growing demand of China for petroleum heightens the complexities and prospects in worldwide investments, necessitating refined strategic investment approaches. Evaluating potential different hydrocarbon-potential areas needs more comprehensive scientific evaluation models. This study aims to establish a Comprehensive Investment Potential Petroleum (CIPP) framework targeted sedimentary basins by using an integrated approach that combines Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Entropy-Weighted Fuzzy TOPSIS We focus particularly on representative African inform decision-making Chinese overseas enterprises. firstly interpret geological condition these researching multiple databases proprietary research data. Then, we use combined ranking-classification-correlation analysis evaluate 17 basins, taking into account both overall individual key performance indicators. Our findings suggest Illizi Basin Offshore Côte d'Ivoire could be most favorable development. Those like Southwest warrant cautious consideration. new model computational workflow offer effective assessing basins. work provides not just practical strategies companies aiming but also transferable methodology optimizing decisions.

Increasing chemical pollutants in groundwater within industrial parks pose a critical environmental challenge, necessitating innovative strategies to address contaminants with the highest risks health and ensure sustainable management. Herein, we investigated 277 from 367 sampling points across 10 rounds, totaling 1,016,590 measured data points. An prioritization index (EHPI) was proposed applied integrate multiple criteria: occurrence, migration, persistence, bioaccumulation, acute chronic toxicity, effects rank target for priority control. Thirty were classified as top-priority group 81 high-priority, metals, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, haloalkanes ranking highest, while emerging of concern ranked lower. The top 6 beryllium, benzo(g,h,i)perylene, nickel, benzo(a)pyrene, chrysene, arsenic. EHPI method compared against five other weighting schemes, including AHP (analytic hierarchy process), entropy, AHP-entropy, AHP-TOPSIS (technique order preference by similarity ideal solution), entropy-TOPSIS. effectively captured integrated results more simplistic schemes. Overall, 38 are recommended inclusion control list, focusing on high detection exceedance categories. This framework provides guidance focused monitoring, assessment, highest-risk pollutants, supporting effective human protection.

The fast-paced growth of the logistics industry has contributed significantly to China’s high-quality economic development. However, is frequently accompanied by high levels pollution, carbon emissions, and energy consumption. How increase low-carbon capacity emerged as a research hotspot under dual goals. This study used entropy weight TOPSIS evaluate dynamic fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) shed light on antecedent conditions that influenced capability using panel data from 30 Chinese provinces between 2008 2021. Based empirical results, several conclusions are drawn: (1) comprehensive score show while province varies, most them exhibit general growing tendency in provinces, where Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangdong Zhejiang rank among top five. (2) Three configurations, digital empower capital intensive type, labor green ecology plus technology innovation type lead better capacity. Related policy recommendations proposed, including strengthening synergistic development economy industry, promoting innovative technologies, reinforcing constraints dual-carbon target.
