an
innovative
framework
integrating
adaptive
Digital
Twin
(DT)
models
with
Multi-Level
Inverter
(MLI)
control
to
improve
energy
efficiency
in
advanced
rehabilitation
systems.
By
utilizing
real-time
monitoring
and
adjustment
of
power
parameters
through
DT
technology,
the
method
achieves
precise
dynamic
devices
such
as
prosthetics
exoskeletons.
The
incorporation
MLI
ensures
smooth
efficient
delivery,
reducing
harmonic
distortion
enhancing
overall
utilization.
Key
outcomes
include
a
14.05%
increase
efficiency,
8.12%
decrease
ripple,
24.03%
improvement
system
response
accuracy,
enabling
optimization
tailored
patient-specific
needs.
Furthermore,
proposed
approach
lowers
operational
costs
by
7.01%
