Global demand for electricity has risen, driving a shift toward sustainable energy sources like Photovoltaic (PV) systems. Despite their efficiency challenges compared to traditional fuels, significant investments and research are advancing the technology. This paper investigates multilevel inverter topologies, with focus on Z-source technology high-power PV applications. The study begins an overview of growing alternative role inverters in enhancing system performance. It discusses prominent such as Neutral Point Clamped (NPC) Cascaded H-Bridge (CHB) inverters, well control techniques including Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) Predictive Control. Furthermore, it explores functionality both without systems, highlighting ability provide voltage boosting, fault tolerance, improved power quality. In this article, an optimal photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage system with hybrid approach design for electric vehicle charging stations (EVCS) is proposed. The combines the use of polar transformer networks (PTNs) puzzle optimization algorithm (POA); hence it called as POA–PTN approach. main objective to lessen station cost pollutant emissions. proposed method minimizing emissions annual PV EVCS, which done by POA predicts solution PTN executed in MATLAB platform, compared existing methods, including heap‐based optimization, particle swarm wild horse optimizer approaches. technique demonstrates superior performance, achieving lowest net present €1.45 × 10 6 2.25 8 g year −1 a shorter computing time 13.04 s other methods.

This research proposes an innovative framework integrating adaptive Digital Twin (DT) models with Multi-Level Inverter (MLI) control to improve energy efficiency in advanced rehabilitation systems. By utilizing real-time monitoring and adjustment of power parameters through DT technology, the method achieves precise dynamic devices such as prosthetics exoskeletons. The incorporation MLI ensures smooth efficient delivery, reducing harmonic distortion enhancing overall utilization. Key outcomes include a 14.05% increase efficiency, 8.12% decrease ripple, 24.03% improvement system response accuracy, enabling optimization tailored patient-specific needs. Furthermore, proposed approach lowers operational costs by 7.01% optimized usage extended lifespan. These results highlight potential this advance systems integration digital modeling.
