Abstract To enhance the comprehensiveness and systematicness of human factor analysis in aircraft accidents on apron, this paper integrates environmental adaptability SHEL model, failure traceability mechanism HFACS accident chain tracking advantage TER model to construct H-S-TER composite model. This through ternary structure trigger factors, unsafe behaviors, result events, realizes multi-level deconstruction human-caused factors from organizational management operation interface. Based weighted directed network topology analysis, combined with indicators such as node degree, density, average path length, clustering coefficient, risk transmission is quantified, key causal nodes are identified. The case shows that coupling operational layer mistakes (pilot judgment errors) loopholes (lack training supervision) core cause accident, topological features (density 0.3333, 0.9444) further amplify efficiency. In addition, coordinate axis method classification, commonalities multiple events revealed, multi-dimensional collaborative defense strategies proposed. It verified system control low-weight high-association can effectively suppress risks. research significantly optimizes apron safety prevention efficiency a "low input - high benefit" path, providing theoretical support practical reference for aviation analysis.
