Abstract
Nowadays,
biomass‐derived
lactic
acid
serves
as
a
significant
foundational
chemical
in
the
pursuit
of
sustainable
production
various
materials.
Nevertheless,
current
fermentation
process
faces
limitations
due
to
challenging
retrieval
product
from
broth,
resulting
gypsum
waste
stoichiometric
quantities.
In
this
work,
we
demonstrate
efficacy
Zr‐UiO‐66
metal–organic
frameworks
(MOFs)
effective
adsorbents
recovery
broth.
The
MOF
beads
have
been
manufactured
successfully
and
were
applied
recover
solution
experimental
conditions
optimized.
results
show
that
adsorbent
has
good
ability
up
98.8%
adsorb
produced
its
broth
at
pH
value
6.5,
(MOF)

an

Soybean
protein
isolates
