BACKGROUND
The
assessment

nutritional

non-dialysis
elderly

ABSTRACT
This
study
explores
the
effects
of
a
nutraceutical
blend
with
prebiotics,
β‐glucans,
essential
minerals,
and
silymarin
on
gut
microbiota,
inflammation,
sleep
quality
in
obesity
through
microbiota

metabolic
improvements
over

days.
