The acceleration of aging is a risk factor for numerous diseases, and diet has been identified as an especially effective anti-aging method. Currently, research on the relationship between dietary nutrient intake accelerated remains limited, with existing studies focusing small number individual nutrients. Comprehensive single mixed effects nutrients not conducted. This study aimed to comprehensively explore intakes, both singly in combination, aging. Data this were extracted from 2015–2018 National Health Nutrition Examination Surveys (NHANES). was measured by phenotypic age acceleration. Objective To improve further the management of nutritional status and dietary habits depressed patients. Methods This study investigated effect different severity states depressive symptoms on serum erythrocyte folate levels using Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) database from 2017 to 2020. We comprised a sample 4,872 cases NHANES database. developed 3 linear regression models assess by collating analyzing data. The relationship between depression as well was also mutually validated results multiple logistic regression. Finally, we made restricted cubic spline plots glm function R. Results Depression remained negatively correlated with OR value −0.02, 95% CI −0.05 ~ −0.00. Moderate folate, −0.03, When exploring association degrees it unexpectedly found that major associated −0.18, −0.31 −0.04 after adjusting for all covariates. Conclusion is levels. risk insufficiency or higher positive depression. For symptoms, were significantly lower than normal in patients moderate depression, while Therefore, attention should be paid when they are undergoing long-term antidepressant treatment. Late-life depression is a prevalent public health issue among the elderly. Imbalances in trace elements are increasingly recognized as associated with depression; however, majority of current research has concentrated on examining link between blood-based levels and depressive symptoms. Our objective was to determine if similar correlation observed urinary We employed stratified, multi-stage random sampling recruit 400 participants, aged 60 years or older, from community-based population city located southern China. The Patient Health Questionnaire-9 Items (PHQ-9) utilized evaluate concentration urine detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Multiple logistic regression analysis conducted assess association symptoms, well interactions these potential covariates. ABSTRACT This study explores the effects of a nutraceutical blend with prebiotics, β‐glucans, essential minerals, and silymarin on gut microbiota, inflammation, sleep quality in obesity through microbiota reshaping metabolic improvements over 90 days. A double‐blind, randomized trial was conducted 77 participants divided into two groups receiving either standard (NSupple) or silymarin‐enriched (NSupple_ Silybum ). Fecal plasma samples were collected at baseline post‐supplementation for metabolic, inflammatory marker analysis. The results showed reduction body weight, waist‐to‐height ratio, total cholesterol, fractions NSupple_ group. There dysbiosis recovery shown by increase beneficial bacteria, such as Lentisphaerae phylum, Lactobacillus Faecalibacterium genera, prausnitzii NSupple group, concurrent Adlercreutzia Sutterella Both demonstrated improved profiles reduced TNF‐α/IL‐10 cortisol levels, Firmicutes/Bacteroides ratio. Additionally, associated reductions pro‐inflammatory cytokines composition. reshaped enhanced anti‐inflammatory species, parameters, highlighting its potential nutritional strategy managing reducing inflammation.
