Abstract In this study, two different concentrations of matrix certified reference materials (CRMs) were produced for the accurate measurement aflatoxin M1(AFM1) in milk powder((GBW(E) 100552, GBW(E) 100553)). The raw material was obtained by feeding cows with positive drugs. homogeneity, stability and characterization CRMs examined liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry isotope-labeled internal standard method. value low concentration AFM1 powder 2.45 µg/kg an uncertainty 0.43 (coverage factor k = 2, at 95% confidence). high 3.45 expanded 0.49 addition, samples evaluated detail long-term -80°C 6 months, short-term 4°C 7 days. results showed that stable under above conditions.

Tylosin (TYL) is a macrolide antibiotic widely used in animal husbandry. Due to associated health risks, there demand for sensitive methods mass screening of TYL products origin. This article describes the development lateral flow immunoassays (LFIAs) detection using direct (anti-TYL antibodies conjugated with nanoparticles) and indirect antibody labeling (anti-species nanoparticles combined native anti-TYL antibodies). The choice LFIA conditions, such as concentrations hapten-protein conjugates, specific antibodies, gold nanoparticle (GNP) conjugates well incubation time reagents concentration detergent sample buffer, presented. achieved limits LFIAs were 0.8 ng/mL (visual) 0.07 (instrumental), compared 4 0.4 (instrumental) case labeling. sensitivity format was up seven times higher, allowing determination target analyte at low concentrations. ground meat ranged from 76-119%.
