Abstract
Background:

Health

prevalence

infertility
in
India
is
between
3.9%
and
16.8%.
All

estimated

fertility
issues.
traditional
Siddha
system
medicine
cites
its
literature
on
how
a
girl
child
can
be
healthy
fertile
female
right
from
her
menarche
through
day-to-day
activities
food
habits.
primary
objective
this
study
assess
relationship
lifestyle,
obesity,
polycystic
ovarian
syndrome
(PCOS)
identify
medicinally
valued
foods
are
easily
available
common
people,
along
with

Yogasanam
practices
helpful
maintaining
body.
