The current study examines the impact of health claims on consumer preferences and willingness to pay (WTP) for functional snack bars, focusing anti-inflammatory antioxidant properties. Background: The global rise in obesity has been significantly influenced by shifts dietary habits that have exacerbated external factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Although fresh fruit and vegetables are essential for a balanced diet, their per capita consumption in Europe is below the recommended minimum intake. This study investigates 14 product attributes of European cross-country analysis. Based on an online survey conducted France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Norway (n = 3093), object-case Best-Worst Scaling approach was applied. Results revealed both international country-specific preference characteristics. Digitalization has profoundly reshaped work modes and lifestyles impacted individuals' life satisfaction. However, there been limited research exploring this issue while comparing the effects before during COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, investigating heterogeneity across different socio-economic groups is crucial. This study uses data from latest three waves of European Social Survey in 2016, 2018, 2020 to examine influence Internet usage on satisfaction, unravel its underlying mechanisms, conduct analysis with fixed-effects ordered logit model propensity score matching method. Background: The COVID-19 pandemic caused significant disruptions to daily life, affecting regular physical activity (PA) and health behaviors worldwide. This study investigates the associations between PA domains changes in mental outcomes among middle-aged old Chinese adults. Methods: Using wave 5 cross-sectional data from 2020 China Health Retirement Longitudinal Study, we analyzed 17,180 adults aged 45 above, focusing on behavior such as smoking, alcohol consumption, dietary adjustments, panic purchasing, well like anxiety fear. was classified by intensity levels—light, moderate, vigorous—and purposes—total, leisure, occupational. Results: findings indicate that leisure is associated with healthier behaviors, including lower odds of increased smoking (OR = 0.71, 95% CI: 0.57–0.90) consumption 0.70, 0.54–0.90), whereas occupational linked adverse behavioral outcomes, higher 1.45, 1.15–1.83) use 1.43, 1.10–1.86). We are already more than year away from the pandemic period, followed by a within global economic crisis and war in Ukraine, with marks changes caused all parameters of life becoming clear now including food choice motives citizens worldwide. In this study we investigate to college students Greece 10 key namely health, convenience, sensory, appeal, nutritional quality, moral concerns, weight control, mood stress, familiarity, price, shopping frequency behavior. A self-response questionnaire survey was carried out January February 2023 on sample 1017 students’ participants through Google platform. Basic statistical tools, combined cross Chi-square tests were used order analyze collected data. The results show that exhibit quiet very important preferences stress. Food choices related sensory familiarity is less importance for students, similarly ethical concerns expect environmental impact which high their concern. motive continues have highest concern before after price looking value money (88.8%), not be expensive (80.7%), cheap (78.7%). behavior motives, changed during pandemic, returned pre purchase foods supermarket (29%), local grocery (37.6%), only 12.3% via online, 20.4% delivery, weekly or every two weeks.
